Return Policy
I. Return Period
You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receipt. Please note that certain items may be excluded from returns (see Section "IV - Exceptions").
II. Conditions for Returns

Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

All attached labels and tags must still be in place.

Returns must be authorized in advance. Please contact our customer service at info@vendomaster.com for further instructions. If you have a customer account, you may also request a return through it. Always include your order number or customer number.
III. Return Shipping Costs
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
IV. Exceptions
Certain items may be excluded from returns, including:
• Discounted items
• So-called “B-grade” items
• Special offers
V. Damaged or Faulty Items
If an item is damaged or faulty upon delivery, please contact our customer service immediately with photos of the damaged item. We will offer you a solution, including a replacement or a refund in the form of a voucher.
VI. Return Process

Contact our customer service to authorize the return. You will receive a return shipping label via email.

Securely package the items in the original packaging.

Send the return to the provided address.

Keep the shipping receipt as proof of return.
