Shipping Conditions
I. Processing Time1. All orders are processed within 7 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays) of receipt. Please note that processing times may vary due to high order volume.
2. When ordering multiple items at once, the delivery time for the entire order always depends on the item with the longest delivery time.
II. Shipping Method and Delivery Time
1. Orders are shipped via various carriers. Delivery time is usually 5-7 business days.
2. Please note that delivery time is always calculated from the date of receipt of payment.
III. Costs
The order costs are borne by the customer. Order costs depend on the carrier, the number of items ordered, and the shipping location. Order costs are shown separately on the invoice.
IV. Shipping Restrictions
We currently only ship goods within the EU.
